Please refer our terms and conditions. Customers must have read and understood and accepted terms and conditions., customers cannot pretend they did not understand and cannot pretend to any claims, reimbursement compensation or others.
Our terms and conditions change regularly and It is the customer's responsibility to read, understand and accept our terms. It is up to the customer to inquire about any changes.
All remote controls products come with a 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty.
This equipment is warranted against defects in material and manufacturing for a period of one year from the date of shipment. During the warranty period KL.Crane. is responsible for necessary repairs as long as the product can be proved to be defective.
For warranty service or repair this product must be returned to a service facility designated by KL.Cranes if the remote controls have been opened, repaired by customers etc …these remote won’t be warranty anymore.
This warranty does not apply where normal wear, abuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, eccentric or side loading, overloading, chemical or abrasive actions, excessive heat, or unauthorized modifications or repairs cause deterioration of the radio remote controls. Items not covered are items such as push buttons, pendant stations.
Excluded Items :
This warranty does not include consumptive parts such as batteries, fuses, buttons, and relays. Also this warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation, improper or insufficient maintenance, unauthorized modification, and improper operation, ignorance of environmental specifications, or improper software or interfacing. Installation, re-install labour, travel fees is not warranty by KL.Cranes.
This list is not inclusive
Any returns on radio remote controls, or other products must have prior approval from KL.Cranes. before being returned, and must have a return goods authorization (RGA) number clearly marked on the item being returned.
Except as stated herein,KL.Cranes. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
The material must be returned within 48 hours after purchase and only under approval of KL.Cranes.Inc. A percentage of 45% of the total price will be charge in all cases for the costs of handling and restocking.
The customer has a period of seven days from the date of purchase of the product to notify Telecrane in writing of any errors on the order. After this time, the customer will not be able to claim any compensation
To return remotes for expertise, customers are responsible to pay the cost of transportation. Customer will pay shipping, customs fees and other fees charges to send remotes to KL.Cranes.Inc Telecrane and KL.Cranes.Inc Telecrane will pay return ground shipping charges only if warranty has been diagnosed by KL.Cranes.Inc TELECRANE.
In case of multiples locations and to avoid problems, KL.Cranes.Inc- Telecrane, when needed, will exclusively send goods to their customer's Head and or Main office even if a shipping address was mentioned different in the order form.
Again, customers cannot claim to any compensation, refund .for transportation.
Repairs are taken in the order received, we cannot guarantee a time a repair date or period, the period may vary depending on the volume of repairs received before yours
We do not communicate with customers of our customers.
Our client is solely responsible for all requests.
If a Telecrane employee determines and discovers that a request has been received from a potential customer, or someone acting, pretending as it is Telecrane customer and discovers after that this customer is one of the Telecrane customer and even if the employee has already responded favorably to any request, the employee shall cease all communication with this customer and must report to the Telecrane principal customer.
When a return is accepted by Telecrane, only our customer is allowed to return the item.
The client of our customer cannot return the parcel and ask for a refund of the product or shipping costs
TELECRANE is not responsible for custom clearance fees, shipping fees or any fees, customer is responsible at all time to pay it owns fees. Customer must provide its own shipping account number. The customer must provide their own shipping account number when ordering. Transport is exclusively at the risk and peril of the customer.
Customers are at all times responsible for their own transportation, customers cannot, in other things, seek and hold KL.Cranes TELECRANE responsible for any errors for the method of delivery, for any errors of the delivery address ,for lost and damaged packages ,for any mistakes and errors when filling any transporter shipping waybills made by KL.Cranes.Inc TELECRANE and its employees. KL.Cranes.Inc TELECRANE cannot be responsible for any mistakes of shipping instructions, of any errors of instructions given to carriers and drivers made by KL.Crane.Inc and its employees.
To avoid any problem, customers can send a UPS/USPS/FedEx etc. already filled Electronic Waybill to KL.Cranes.Inc TELECRANE, otherwise customers agree that KL.Cranes.Inc TELECRANE is not and will be not responsible for any errors at any time. The list is not exhaustive.
Customers cannot claim to any compensation or refund request and any other fees for transport for any reason.
If KL.Cranes.Inc TELECRANE receives a shipping invoice because the shipping account of customers is incorrect and has been refused by the customer's transporter Kl.Cranes.Inc TELECRANE will automatically charge a 5% + taxes+3$ additional fee plus the amount of the invoice and this will be automatically charge on customer’s Credit Card even if a One Time Credit Card Payment Authorization Form has been signed previously, this condition cancels the One Time Credit Card Payment Authorization Form.
To avoid any problem, we do not send to Third Party, but only to our customers.
Telecrane does not authorize pick up. Customers cannot ask to pick up their orders, TELECRANE only deliver through customer’s shipping account. If Customers ask to pick up their order, Telecrane will not accept this condition and will automatically ship thought customer’s shipping account and customers cannot claim for any shipping cost reimbursement or any compensation.
Telecrane charges a 10$ Can pick up fee to customers using FedEx as FedEx charge us this amount for every pick up. Please note these fees may change without notice.
CREDIT CARD AMERICAN EXPRESS
KL.CRANES INC ,Telecrane will charge a 5% fee to all payment with American Express.
Same day Orders/Delivery/Emergency/Shipping
Items in Stock does not mean that Customers can have their orders ready the same day.
In Stock means orders will be completed at least in 2-3 businesses days.
When customers need to get, their order ready and ship the same day they ordered, a 50$ Can emergency fee will be added up to three remotes. A 50$ Can will be added for each three additional remotes etc..

A 40$ Can expertise fees will be automatically charged if repairs are refused . We do not accept customer’s Terms and Condition ,only KL.Cranes.Inc - Telecrane conditions will be applied. If customers insist with their own conditions, the 40$ Can expertise fees will be automatically charged as KL.Cranes.Inc - Telecrane considers this as part of refusing the repair.
Due to huge amount of repairs, we do not keep the repairs more than 2 days after sending a quote.A 40$ Can fees willbe automatically charged after 2 days and goods will be automaically destroyed after 5 business days.
We cannot guaranty the delay for repairs.
You must ask for a RMA# and fill in full the form before sending a repair.
You MUST enclose the order form in the box, if the form is not fully completed in the box, the repair won't be done.
KL Cranes.Inc do not accept to pay custom clearance fees, shipping fees or any fees. No exception.at any time.
Customer is responsible at all times to pay its own costs
Otherwise, we do not accept parcels.

Fees & Payments
Fees.Customer will pay all fees specified in your ordering or purchasing documents, which may include but are not limited to, an order form, Purchase Order, email authorization or order submitted via our website (“Order Forms”), and authorizes KL.Cranes.Inc Telecrane to charge using KL.Cranes.Inc Telecrane US/Canada's selected payment method, for all applicable fees. Except as otherwise specified on the Order Form: (i) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars / Canadian dollars/Euro etc… and (ii) fees are non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate billing info, contact information, complete info about items ordered to KL.Cranes.Inc Telecrane US/Canada on the Order Form. Even if some info is missing on the Order Form, orders are considered as accepted and customer cannot claim for any refund, exchange or cancel and customer will be invoiced and amount will be charged.
Invoicing. KL.Cranes.Inc Telecrane US/Canada will invoice Customer in advance and otherwise in accordance with the Order Form(s). Unless otherwise stated in the Order Form, invoiced charges are due upon receipt.
Once we receive your order we get to work on it right away. This means that once we've started processing your order, changes and cancellations are not accepted.
Accepted purchase orders, written or verbal, are not cancellable
All orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable.
Once again customer is supposed to have read and accepted all the conditions before completed and send an Order Form (as indicated on the Order Form) and cannot claim for any refund, exchange, change or cancellation etc. and cannot pretend not to have been aware about our Terms and Conditions.

Where a force majeure event gives rise to a failure or delay in us performing our obligations under these terms of sale, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
If we become aware of a force majeure event which gives rise to, or which is likely to give rise to, any failure or delay in us performing our obligations under these terms of sale, we will notify you forthwith.
We will take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the any force majeure event.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
Buyer agrees that:
1- Terms and Conditions of Use Sales and Service shall be governed by, construed, interpreted and enforced in all respects as to both substantive and procedural matters, including validity, interpretation, and effect, by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada without reference to principles governing choice or conflicts of law.
2- Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach hereof, shall be settled ONLY in courts located in Province of Ontario , Canada
LIMITATION OF ACTIONS
No action, regardless of form, arising out of this contract may be brought by either party more than one year after the cause of action arose, or in the case of non payment, not more than two years from the date of last payment.
